Municipal Lien Certificate


To request a Municipal Lien Certificate (MLC), according to MGL Chapter 60, Section 23, it is required that the requestor provides the tax office with the following information:

  • Assessor Map & Parcel
  • Name and Address of Current Owner
  • Check payable to Town of Ware in the amount of $50.00 (per parcel)
  • Self-addressed stamped envelope
