Requests must be in writing and signed. The  request  letter shall  list the specific  local  regulation  being asked  to be  waived  or  modified.   Submit supporting documentation as well.  Once a  completed  request  is  received,  the  matter  will be  scheduled  on the  next  available  Board  of  Health agenda.
