Town of Ware follows all Bidding, Price Quotes, or Request for Proposals under MGL, Chapter 30B, and Chapter 149 Procurement Laws.
It is the Contractor's responsibility to make certain they have received any/all addendums relating to their bid prior to the due opening date.
The Town of Ware reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, price quotes or request for proposals and can call for new ones. Bids shall be evaluated based on responsiveness to the criteria, Terms and Conditions contained in any IFB and its attachments. Failure to follow the instructions, meet the criteria, or agree to the Terms and Conditions contained in any IFB may be cause for rejection of bid as non-responsive. Contractors are required to comply with the Commonwealth of MA Department of Labor and Industries Prevailing Wage Rates in accordance with MGL, Chapter 149, Section 26 and 270.
