FEES:
All application fees and fees associated with filing such as certified abutters list, abutters notifications, legal ads, etc. are the direct responsibility of the Applicant/Owner. 

All fees to the Department must be paid by check or money order. We are unable to accept cash.

NOTE:

The Conservation Commission accepts abutter notifications to be sent either by USPS Certified Mail (Green Cards with signatures) or Certificate of Mailing (White Cards).  Forms can be found at your local USPS.

As of August 11, 2021: Abutters for RDA applications do not need to be notified.  The Commission has waived this requirement until further notice
